Our single suites are between 8 to 40 square meters and are fit for a single user or more depending on size, use and space allocation. They are priced per square meter and billed quarterly; pricing varies depending on the location. They are rented to single business owners and have a suite number and business name/logo in front of the space. Tenants are free to hire their own workers, set their schedules, sell products and set their pricing as they please.  Please see images and video below for your reference:

These are shared spaces where you can rent your own booth/chair. They are priced per booth and billed monthly. You can subscribe to coming a few days a week, weekends only or every day; pricing will vary accordingly. This is ideal for beauty professionals who are not ready for the commitment of renting a space alone or people who have other obligations such as another job. These spaces are rented to the service providers directly and they are not allowed to hire more staff, customize the space or sell products; however, they can set their schedule and pricing. These Suites have a suite number only.

This space is available to rent for product launches or brand activation campaigns. Our pop-up spaces can be rented for a day or a maximum of one week. We have furnishing options such as shelving, digital screens, banners etc. We also offer full branding and public relations (PR) services through our partners, ‘Atlantic Exhibition’ and ‘3PR’ respectively; however, clients can choose to rent the space empty and unbranded and do their own branding, furnishing & PR.

At Camolion, we offer state of the art professional training spaces complete with chairs, tables, mirrors, a large size TV and a projector. These spaces are available for rent. We also organise professional training classes that our entrepreneurs may find useful and choose to register for.

We have fully equipped media rooms to serve our tenants or for daily bookings. Our media room comes with lights, backdrops and other props/ accessories for photography and filming. We also have in-house photographers, videographers & graphic designers; however, you may bring your own media team and just book the room with equipment.

We have thought about everything you need as an industry professional, so you do not have to. You may have appointments that run too late or start very early in the morning, so we have provided sleep over suites that take the stress and anxiety off you. This makes it easier for you to just focus on working and earning more. Our Suites have been tastefully designed to provide guests with luxurious comfort at an affordable rate. Our suites vary depending on location, but you should typically expect an ensuite bedroom, sitting area & kitchenette fully furnished with beds, chairs, TVs, cupboards, etc. We also include complementary fresh linens, towels, toiletries and kitchen utensils.
